Returns Policy

In the words of Forest Gump, “It Happens.”
Whether it be damage during shipping, or hanging a photo on your wall and thinking “This just doesn’t work”, we sometimes have to go through the pain of returning something.

I hope I can make this process a little less painful for both of us.

Damage:

If a piece is damaged during shipping, I offer a replacement piece, or partial refund depending on the extent of the damage and whether you still want to keep the piece. In either case, please send photographs of the packaging and the damage to the piece, within 7 days of delivery, to returns@brbphoto.com, along with your preferred solution.

Partial refund
If the piece is slightly damaged, but still usable, I offer a partial refund based on the extent of the damage.

Return and Replacement
If the piece is slightly damaged but still usable, yet you do not wish to display it, return it to me and I will replace it for you. Return shipping is free within Australia only.

Replacement
If the piece is damaged to the extent that you cannot display it and do not wish to keep it, a replacement piece will be shipped at no extra cost (International shipping included). I do ask that you destroy the damaged piece.

Refund
Should the piece be damaged to the extent that you cannot display it, and would like a refund rather than a replacement, a full refund will be issued. If the item was shipped outside of Australia, shipping costs will not be refunded.

Change of Heart:

So you get your print, hang it on your wall, and it just does not work.
If this is the case, you can return it for a full refund, or replace the piece with something else from my collection.
Return shipping is regrettably not free on Change of Heart returns.

If you get bored of the artwork fairly quickly and want to change it out, and are based in Sydney, email me about my subscription service.

I’m a small operation, so any re-prints and shipping costs add up quickly and could drive me out of business, so please consider that before changing your mind about a piece.
Would a change of frame/mount do the job?
Maybe a different room, or even painting the wall a different colour?
I’d be happy to make some suggestions if you want to email me some photos of the space you are displaying the piece in.
