Katelyn - Swimwear and Implied Topless Photoshoot

Katelyn and I have worked together quite a few times since this shoot. This was the first we had worked together. I don’t quite remember how she got in contact with me, it was quite possibly Facebook, I wasn’t too active on Instagram back then. She had seen some of my work and was in my city (Durban at the time) for a holiday.

We decided on doing some swimwear (she loves bikinis) and some implied topless. The key was getting to a nice quiet beach as early as we could before the holiday beach goers, I’m not a fan of crowds hanging around when I’m shooting, it doesn’t create a very relaxed atmosphere.

I remember the first thing I thought when I met Katelyn was “Jees, you’re taller than I expected!” She is super chilled and fun to shoot though, generally just loves the process.
